Amino Dust is operated by B&V products. These Terms apply to use of our website and any order placed with us. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Research Use Only Policy, Shipping Policy and Refunds, Returns and Order Problems Policy.
Buyer eligibility and intended use
You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for a qualified laboratory, research organization, institutional buyer or other lawful research counterparty. Every product is sold solely for in vitro laboratory research. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are an eligible research buyer and that the purchase is solely for lawful laboratory research. You must not obtain or use products for human or animal consumption, clinical, food, cosmetic, household or another non-research purpose. You are responsible for the legal requirements that apply to your purchase and handling.
We may request verification of eligibility, intended use, payment authorization or shipping destination, and may limit, refuse or cancel an order that does not meet these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, we refund the amount paid for the canceled order to the original payment method.
Product listings and prices
Review the listing name or catalog code, stated size or strength, SKU, quantity and price before ordering. Rendered packaging mockups illustrate packaging and are not photographs of available inventory. Certificates of analysis are not posted for this catalog. A listing that identifies incomplete composition information does not supply the missing specification.
The order total shows the product and shipping charges before payment. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfillment to agree a correction or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not add an unapproved charge.
No launch coupons or quantity-discount offers are advertised unless their exact terms are separately provided. A price list or example code does not create an offer.
Ordering, payment and accounts
Ordering is available only when the website provides an active checkout. Submitting an order authorizes payment of the displayed total using the option selected there. Do not send full payment-card details through a support message. Order acceptance remains subject to eligibility, lawful destination and payment review.
Guest checkout does not require account registration. If you have an account, protect its login details and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. This clause does not offer account self-registration.
Shipping, cancellation and order problems
Shipping is $10 per eligible order to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We dispatch within 2–3 business days after purchase; business days are Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. This is a dispatch window, not a delivery estimate.
You may cancel before dispatch by contacting support with your order number. All sales are final and ordinary returns or exchanges are not accepted after dispatch. We review incorrect, damaged, defective, missing, undelivered and carrier-returned orders under the Refunds, Returns and Order Problems Policy. Confirmed store errors receive an appropriate replacement or refund. Delay and cancellation remedies remain available as described in the Shipping Policy.
Responsibility and questions
You remain responsible for lawful laboratory handling and for meeting the buyer and intended-use restrictions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility, right or remedy that cannot be excluded by law. Contacting us does not waive a payment-dispute or other legal right.
