Destinations and charge
Amino Dust ships to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to U.S. territories or destinations outside the United States. The shipping rate is $10 flat per eligible order. Review your shipping address and order total before payment.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Dispatch means handing your package to the carrier; creating a label or packing an order is not dispatch.
The 2–3-business-day window is not a delivery estimate. Carrier transit follows dispatch and varies by destination and carrier conditions. We do not promise a delivery date. Contact us for available shipment and tracking information; any carrier estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Delays and cancellation
If we cannot dispatch within the stated window, we will contact you before that window expires with the reason, a revised dispatch date if known, and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will seek your agreement to a delay. If we cannot obtain the agreement required by law or cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund it.
You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing Aminodust@yahoo.com with your order number. For a confirmed cancellation before dispatch, we refund the full amount paid for the canceled order, including its shipping charge, to the original payment method.
Delivery questions and returned parcels
For an incorrect, damaged, missing, delayed or undelivered order, contact our support team with the order number, a description of the issue and any shipment information available. We review delivery scans and other evidence case by case, including parcels marked delivered or returned by the carrier. A carrier scan alone does not remove your right to a remedy.
If a parcel is returned because of a customer-supplied address error or noncollection, we will explain any proposed reshipping charge and obtain your agreement before arranging another shipment. See our Refunds, Returns and Order Problems Policy for the review process.
